Job summary

FlexiRemote Solutions in Doha is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue growth.

The role requires proven hotel management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Hotel Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. You will also oversee the hotel staff, handle guest complaints and concerns, and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
• Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a positive relationship with guests by providing excellent customer service
• Monitor budget and control expenses to ensure profitability
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure they are well-maintained
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and packages for the hotel
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements
