Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of financial management principles.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience working in Doha or Middle East preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
