Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong factual knowledge of Qatar's history, geography, growth, and development.
• Ability to multitask with proficiency in MS Office.
• Well-groomed, sociable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, creating a friendly and engaging environment.
• Accompany visitors to tour locations and communicate safety procedures.
• Deliver accurate information about historical and cultural attractions.
• Monitor group behaviour to ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to guest questions professionally.
• Plan alternative activities in case of cancellations.
• Prepare and check required supplies before tour departure.
• Ensure tours operate in compliance with legal standards.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the department.
