Job summary

India Abroad Publications Inc. seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a Filipino cuisine venue in Doha, Qatar. You will lead staff, manage inventory and services while ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

You will hire and train team members, implement policies, monitor costs and collaborate with chefs on menu items and promotions. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required. Fluency in English preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in a Filipino cuisine restaurant.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Knowledge of food safety rules and local health standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant.
Hire, train and manage a team of servers, cooks and other staff members.
Ensure efficient service and high quality of food for all guests.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Monitor financials and ensure profitability.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or special promotions.
