Job summary

talabat is seeking a Specialist Real Estate and Construction to manage cloud kitchen construction projects in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee site development, coordinate with architects and engineers, and work closely with Legal, Finance and Procurement to stay within budgets.

You will lead tendering, supplier negotiations and property negotiations to secure optimal locations while ensuring operational fit-out standards. A strong background in high-volume food service facilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud kitchen operations, food and beverage logistics or similar high-volume food service facilities.
• Strong background in construction management, civil engineering or facilities engineering.
• Experience coordinating architectural and engineering requirements and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initial design through final delivery.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering requirements throughout project execution.
• Review architectural layouts, engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure construction activities follow project standards and timelines.
• Maintain communication with landlords, contractors and suppliers throughout project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and expenditure.
