Job summary

East West Digital, based in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Control & Resources Analyst to strengthen accounting, budgeting, ERP data extraction, and HR processes. You will work with SAP and lightweight ERP tools, Excel-based models, and agentic AI workflows to deliver internal reporting packages for the Manager.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in finance/ops within startups or SaaS, strong English, and experience with ERP systems. This role offers full-time employment in a dynamic energy-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business admin, economics, or operations.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, lightweight ERP) and data extraction.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills for budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting, budgeting, and ERP data extraction.
• Reconcile ledgers and track budget variances.
• Prepare internal reporting packages for the Manager (Control & Resources).
• Assist HR processes monitoring and resource utilization tracking.
• Contribute to ERP evaluation and benchmarking of lightweight systems.
