Job summary

East West Digital (EWD) in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Control & Resources Analyst to drive operational analysis, budgeting, ERP data extraction, and HR process monitoring. The role blends solid accounting with ERP navigation across SAP and lightweight ERP tools, plus exposure to agentic automation to streamline reporting workflows.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and project teams to deliver accurate internal reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and budgeting foundations (GL, P&L, revenue/costs)
• Hands-on ERP navigation including SAP and lightweight ERP tools
• Experience with modern analytics tools and Excel for modeling

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting, budgeting, and operational execution activities
• Build, maintain, and audit financial models and dashboards (Excel, BI tools)
• Enable ERP data extraction, transactions verification, and reconciliations
• Support ERP evaluation and benchmarking of lightweight ERP for startups
• Prepare internal reporting packages for the Control & Resources Manager
• Assist HR processes monitoring, capacity tracking, and resource utilization
• Maintain documentation for corporate reporting and SOPs
• Ensure data privacy compliance across administrative tasks
