Job summary

East West Digital in Doha seeks a Control & Resources Analyst to drive data extraction, budgeting, and ERP reconciliation across SAP and startup ERP tools. You will support internal reporting, resource utilization, and HR operational monitoring in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in Qatar), and fluency in professional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SAP and lightweight ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho Books, NetSuite) preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience, with Qatar experience.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Support business control, management reporting, and ERP data extraction.
• Prepare internal reporting packages for the Control & Resources Manager.
• Monitor HR processes and resource utilization across projects.
• Assist in budgeting, variance analysis and reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain ERP data extraction and reporting workflows for dashboards and packs.
