Job summary

East West Digital in Doha seeks a Control & Resources Analyst to drive analytical execution across budgeting, reporting and ERP data extraction. You will own models for budget tracking, utilization, and forecasting, while maintaining dashboards and KPI metrics under the Financial Controller.

The ideal candidate has a startup/scale-up background, deep Excel expertise (dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP) and hands-on ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA or lightweight systems).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications or advanced training in accounting, ERP systems, analytics, FP&A or BI are a plus.
• Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and ERP data handling, with Qatar exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build, audit, and maintain analytical models for budget tracking, variance analysis, project utilization and forecasting.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for management within ERP and BI tools.
• Perform ERP data extraction, transaction verification, and reconciliations with sub-ledgers.
• Support budget setting and monitoring with structured data inputs and reports.
• Assist in internal reporting packages and documentation for compliance and governance.
