At The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, we seek a trusted Quality Assurance leader who will drive Total Quality Management across the property, coach managers, and coordinate teams to improve guest satisfaction and service consistency. You will develop and implement QA strategies that align with brand standards, guiding operations, training staff, and ensuring continuous improvement daily.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches managers on adopting the Total Quality Management leadership style.
• Directs property quality efforts to address customer requirements and brand standards.
• Facilitates process improvement teams to ensure achievable, measurable results.
• Trains team members and managers on problem solving, process improvement and strategic planning techniques.
• Educates new employees on quality processes, tools, and continuous improvement.
• Stays visible with guests and interfaces to obtain feedback on quality of product and service.
