Job summary

Teach For All is seeking a Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to lead capacity building for network partners and strengthen MEL systems across the global MERL team. You will design measurement tools, data systems, and learning routines to measure and improve partner impact on student outcomes and leadership development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years of experience, or a Master's with 3–6 years, in Public Policy, International Development, or a related field.
  • Proven consulting experience with nonprofit organizations in education or global development.
  • Experience designing, managing, or adapting MEL systems and learning routines.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct consulting and capacity building for priority network partners.
  • Collaborate with MERL teammates to support foundational program design and measurement.
  • Design learning experiences and communities of practice to advance MEL routines.
  • Contribute to knowledge products and resources to improve MERL capacity.
  • Support strategic planning and ongoing team reflection on MEL impact.
