Responsibilities

• P&L ownership of the Digital Credit Product Commercial P&L including GMV, revenue, costs and margins.
• Forecasts, budgets and performance updates with Finance.
• Own product proposition across customer, merchant and channel journeys.
• Define parameters, features and market positioning based on customer needs.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap with Technology and Operations.
• Develop the commercial plan across segments, categories, channels, pricing and growth.
• Translate annual targets into quarterly acquisition, activation and revenue plans.
• Balance growth with portfolio quality and capacity.
• Define merchant value proposition and onboarding framework.
• Support merchant acquisition, negotiations and commercial proposals.
• Prioritize merchants by GMV, margin, risk and strategic value.
• Monitor merchant performance and recommend actions.
• Own the customer funnel from eligibility through first purchase and activation.
• Develop targeted campaigns with Marketing, CRM, merchants and distribution channels.
• Improve conversion while maintaining responsible lending and affordability.
• Monitor GMV, active customers, approval rate, utilization, ticket size, merchant concentration and revenue.
• Develop launch plans across digital channels and partnerships.
• Coordinate product communications, merchant campaigns and customer education.
• Ensure claims and campaigns receive Compliance approvals.
