Qualifications

• 8+ years in SME banking, lending, or commercial management within fintech or banking.
• Proven track record launching financial products with revenue growth in SME or lending.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic partnership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy for scaling SME and microlending activities.
• Negotiate partnerships, pricing, and revenue sharing with SME ecosystem partners.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans and cross-functional rollout.
• Manage P&L for SME and microlending lines and drive portfolio growth.
• Lead stakeholder communications and reporting to senior management.
