Job summary

Starlink WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced 3D Designer to translate client briefs into villa and residential landscape concepts. You will create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models from plot constraints and client feedback.

Responsibilities include presenting design concepts to Arabic-speaking clients, coordinating with architects and engineers, and maintaining design documentation to ensure timely deliverables while staying aligned with GCC regional trends and client preferences.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Arabic-speaking clients stakeholders to understand and capture design requirements for villas and residential plots
• Translate verbal written briefs in Arabic into detailed 3D design concepts and layouts
• Design villas and other structures based on plot dimensions site conditions and client requirements
• Develop 3D models renders and walkthroughs to present design concepts for client approval
• Prepare and revise floor plans elevations and layouts in line with client feedback
• Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building norms
• Incorporate revisions promptly based on client and internal team feedback
• Maintain design documentation and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
• Stay updated on regional GCC villa design trends materials and client preferences

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably with villa/residential/landscape design exposure
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory, for direct client requirement gathering
• Proficient in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and plot-based design constraints
• Prior experience working with GCC/Middle East clients or projects is a strong plus
• Good communication skills to liaise between Arabic-speaking clients and internal design/technical teams
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
