Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; follow recipes and quality standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently and monitor quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Check temperature of appliances and foods and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Communicate clearly and work with the team to meet goals.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
