Al Abdulghani Motors is seeking an Associate - Operations (CashMyCar) to manage and expand the trader network, monitor live bidding health, and resolve trader account issues. The role ensures smooth processing of vehicles from the hub to winning buyers and drives higher bidding participation.

The ideal candidate has a diploma, 3–5 years of experience with traders, strong bilingual communication in Arabic and English, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the live 30-minute bidding platform to ensure active participation and healthy competition among traders.
• Act as the primary operations contact for external traders during active bidding windows and resolve system issues or clarifications.
• Onboard and train new used car dealers and commercial traders onto the CashMyCar platform to expand the network.
• Maintain regular communication with trader community to gather feedback on inventory quality, inspection reports, and usability.
• Enforce platform rules and compliance standards with coordination from the legal department.
• Notify the winning trader and issue the commercial invoice after bid acceptance.
• Secure and verify collection of the 2.5% commission for each closed transaction.
• Coordinate with Purchase Executive and Driver to schedule vehicle collections within SLAs.

Job Purpose

The Associate - Operations (CashMyCar)is responsible for managing, engaging, and expanding the Al Abdulghani Motors (AAM) Trader Network. This role ensures maximum trader participation in the given live bidding windows, monitors bidding health, resolves trader account issues, and facilitates the seamless processing of vehicles from the physical hub to the winning commercial buyers.

Principal Accountabilities

• Monitor the live 30-minute bidding platform continuously to ensure active participation and healthy competitive tension among traders for all submitted units.
• Act as the immediate operational point of contact for external traders during active bidding windows to resolve system issues or provide brief technical clarifications.
• Manage No-Bid Situations (AAM Backup Plan): Monitor the live 30-minute auction closely. If an inspected vehicle is about to expire with zero offers from external used car traders, immediately step in to secure a backup bid.
• Onboard and train new used car dealers and commercial traders onto the CashMyCar digital platform, expanding the network to drive higher volumes of bids.
• Maintain regular communication with the trader community to gather feedback on vehicle inventory quality, inspection report formats, and system usability.
• Enforce platform rules and compliance standards, handling instances of traders’ non-compliance, late payments, or bidding retractions, all in coordination with the legal department.
• Notify the winning trader immediately upon customer acceptance of the final bid price and issue the commercial invoice.
• Secure and verify the collection of the 2.5% commercial trader commission fee for each successfully closed transaction.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Executive and the Driver to schedule vehicle collections, ensuring winning traders pick up assets within agreed SLAs.
