Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of hands-on operations in live, high-availability environments.
• Deep expertise in either Critical Power or Critical Cooling systems.
• Proficiency with BMS, EPMS, and DCIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• High-Level Troubleshooting: primary escalation point for complex incidents.
• MOP & SOP Ownership: write, review and approve high-risk procedures.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): lead investigations and preventive action reports.
• Capacity & Efficiency Management: analyze PUE and optimize cooling/airflow.
• Vendor & Lifecycle Management: audit contracts and oversee major overhauls.
• Training & Mentorship: design and deliver technical training to site technicians.
