Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL seeks Instructors/Lecturers to deliver UK Level 3/4 equivalent vocational and defence training in Qatar. You will plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality instruction, assess learners, and maintain records to support continuous improvement across military and MoEHE-aligned programmes.

Candidates should hold UK Level 4+ qualifications or equivalent, with 5+ years in defence/industry and at least 2 years teaching experience, plus CPD engagement and

Qualifications

• Recognised UK Level 4 or higher in engineering/technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrable industrial/defence experience.
• At least 2 years delivering training in a structured environment.
• Experience with LMS, simulation tech and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality theoretical, practical and lab training.
• Assess learner performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate learner records and progress reports.
• Support courseware development and continuous improvement.

Education

UK Level 4+ qualification in engineering/technical discipline

5 years defence/industrial experience

2+ years teaching/training experience
