Job summary
Qatar Technical Institute (QTI) seeks Instructors/Lecturers to plan, prepare, deliver and assess vocational and defence training for UK Level 3/4 equivalents in Qatar. You will foster learner-centred environments, promote professional conduct and operational readiness among military students.
Ideal candidates show strong technical expertise, effective communication, and commitment to high teaching standards, with experience in using LMS and digital learning tools to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications
- Essential: UK Level 4+ qualification in the relevant engineering/technical/ vocational discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Essential: minimum 5 years in industrial/defence experience with technical competence.
- Essential: minimum 2 years delivering technical training in a structured learning environment.
- Essential: competent in Microsoft Office and digital technologies for training delivery and admin.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality theoretical, practical, laboratory and simulation-based training.
- Deliver engaging instruction using diverse teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning.
- Demonstrate safe use of specialist equipment and facilities.
