Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. in Qatar is seeking a Cybersecurity Support Specialist to ensure the protection, integrity, and non-repudiation of classified and unclassified information systems within the 160th Signal Brigade area of responsibility.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification, and hands-on MPLS/IP/VPN network experience, plus proficiency with Visio and MS Office. You will maintain RMF artifacts, review authorization requests, and support CS training

Qualifications

• Must hold active US Government in-scope Secret clearance.
• DoD IAM Level II certification required and maintained.
• Experience with MPLS/IP/VPN networks in a carrier environment.
• Familiarity with DoD/Army IA regulations and AR 25-2, AR 380.5, DoDI 8500.01.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review vulnerability or configuration reports and recommend fixes.
• Assess authorization requests per RMF DoDI 8510.01 and advise approvals.
• Maintain AR 25-400-2/ARIMS documentation, including RMF artifacts.
• Prepare DISA CAPs for DSN/Voice systems for review and approval.
• Maintain network architecture status for MPLS/JRSS; manage ISSP/APMS/eMASS data.
• Draft network diagram improvements and update routing policies.
• Provide recommendations based on JITC guidance and DoD standards.
• Ensure configurations meet DoD/Army IA standards and policies.
• Track personnel cybersecurity training and certifications.
• Provide weekly operations report due Friday 16:00 Kuwait time.
