Job summary

ARKAN MARKETING SERVICES in Doha seeks an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support the operations team with shipment tracking, courier coordination, document organization, and daily e-commerce fulfillment across Qatar and the GCC.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, fast learners, and eager to build a career in logistics and e-commerce operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and assisting with returns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years’ experience in logistics or e-commerce.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily shipment trackers for sea freight, air freight, and express courier shipments.
• Update shipment status, ETD, ETA, and delivery progress.
• Organize customs and shipping documents like invoices, packing lists, airway bills.
• Coordinate with courier companies (Aramex, FedEx) for bookings and tracking.
• Support courier invoice checking and shipment record updates.
• Assist with daily order fulfillment and other e‑commerce tasks.
