Job duties:

• Apply and keep track of all Customer care Requirements of the Business as well as ensure implementation of internal and external consumer complete satisfaction requirements.
• Strategy, direct and also keep an eye on the tasks of sales groups in the area to achieve recognized sales targets, making sure collaboration as well as sychronisation within the team and with business accounts partners.
