Qatar Airways is seeking a Culinary Development Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of premium inflight dining experiences, translating culinary vision into world‑class onboard food and beverage offerings across a global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the inflight dining strategy aligned with Qatar Airways brand and service standards.
• Develop and implement Arabic cuisine–focused menus across all cabin classes.
• Balance creativity, presentation, cost efficiency, and operational feasibility in menu planning.
• Oversee global catering partners to ensure consistency, quality, and service performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, guest chefs, and sourcing teams to drive culinary innovation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and culinary SOPs.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and culinary developments to enhance offerings.
• Conduct audits, site visits, and performance reviews across catering locations.
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
• Support change management initiatives, sustainability goals, and continuous improvement programs.

Ideal Profile
