- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and premium food presentation.
- Experience in airline catering or large-scale food production environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop menu concepts for inflight dining across all cabin classes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor customer feedback to enhance onboard dining experience.
