Want More in Lusail is seeking a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first contact for guests on board our cruise ships.

You will greet guests, provide information on itineraries and onboard activities, assist with check-in, and handle inquiries with prompt, professional service. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of the cruise industry is an advantage
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must have legal authorization to work in Lusail

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Provide information about cruise itineraries, onboard activities, and port destinations
• Assist with check-in and boarding procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
• Liaise with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure smooth operations
• Process payments for onboard purchases and manage passenger accounts
• Promote onboard services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members
