Client of Brunel seeks an experienced offshore professional to lead brownfield shutdowns and hookup execution including commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule alignment. • High national diploma in Telecom with 8+ years in large offshore construction projects.
• Experience with brownfield shutdowns, hookup, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Knowledge of design standards, codes, safety criteria for major fabrication and offshore facilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee offshore brownfield shutdowns and hookup execution to meet safety, quality and schedule objectives.
• Supervise contractor/subcontractor activities for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Review progress reports, highlight critical issues and ensure reporting alignment with contractual requirements.
• Liaise with Contractors to ensure progress and reporting; ensure compliance with design standards and international codes.
• Enforce safety procedures, PTW/JSA practices, and drive safety culture on offshore/marine units.
• Participate in lessons learned and improvement initiatives for the company.

Jobbeschreibung

• Adherence to all safety and quality protocols and regulations during offshore execution process
• Coordinate and ensure successful of Offshore Brownfield Shutdown amp Hook up execution including commissioning to meet prioritized objectives Safety Quality protect existing Integrity asset Schedule and others as appropriate
• Supervise and control the activities of the Contractor Subcontractors related to the Brownfields amp Hookup execution Mechanical Completion Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements project documentation and applicable International Standards
• Check the constructability aspects as well as the compliance with all technical requirements of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Brownfields Hook up Team Contractor
• Review Contractor s progress reports and reports for all the activities highlighting critical problems drifts and dysfunctions if any
• Liaise with Contractors Subcontractors for all subjects Mechanical completion Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting
• Supervise PTW meeting with contractors coordinate with all LNG Host to deliver PTW to contractor strictly following Methods statements and JSA approved
• Report all concerns regarding your discipline if not aligned with Qatar Energy Rules to your line management
• Improve safety culture during offshore execution and on Marine Unit JUB Work Boat follow and close all safety action under his responsibility perimeter
• Participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the Company

High national diploma - Telecom 8 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry. Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies. Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution & Commissioning, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope. Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations as applicable to project scope. Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
