Responsibilities

• Supervise concierge team: train, schedule, and guide staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Delight our guests: respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: assist with dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: arrange for medical care, childcare, flowers, and other guest needs
• Support VIP guests: facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
• Promote hotel offerings: share materials and encourage use of services and programs
• Manage budgets and payroll: oversee expenditures and payroll within budget guidelines
