The Ned Doha invites a professional Hotel Driver to deliver safe, comfortable transportation for guests within a luxury hospitality setting. You will uphold high standards of service, assist with luggage, and share local knowledge when appropriate.

We seek a candidate with a valid Qatar driving license, at least two years of experience in a premium environment, and a polished, guest-focused demeanor. This role requires flexible shifts and a strong presentation, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Valid Qatar Driving License with clean record.
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive guest interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, including airports and attractions.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable journey.
• Provide information about local attractions and hotel facilities as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation to high standards.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow Qatar traffic regulations and hotel policies for guest safety.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments for timely transport.
• Keep accurate trip, mileage, and fuel records.

At The Ned Doha, we believe every memorable guest experience begins with a warm welcome and a safe journey. We are currently looking for a professional, reliable, and service-oriented Hotel Driver to join our team and deliver exceptional transportation services to our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, including airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other designated destinations.
• Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
• Provide helpful information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel facilities when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of hotel vehicles to the highest standards.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.

About You:

• Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's road network, traffic regulations, and key destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high standard of personal presentation.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
