Path2Success in Doha, Qatar seeks a Compliance professional to assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the corporate Compliance Program. You will collaborate with Internal Audit and GHRD to gather information on issues and support investigations.

You will monitor corrective actions, report on compliance progress to SCO, manage the hotline, and promote awareness of the Code of Conduct across the organization.

Competenze

• Assist in development and maintenance of Compliance Program policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, GHRD to gather information on compliance issues.
• Support investigation of alleged violations of rules, regulations, and Code of Conduct.
• Review and follow up on compliance issues by management and employees.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and report to SCO.

• Monitor corrective action plans and report progress to SCO.
• Provide regular reports on the operation and progress of compliance efforts to SCO.
• Ensure proper reporting of violations to SCO.
• Manage the compliance Hotline.
• Promote effective compliance communications, including use of the Compliance Hotline and awareness of the Code of Conduct.
• Analyze compliance-related reports and support training/awareness initiatives.
• Use innovative solutions to drive mindset changes across functions.
