Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in compliance, risk and internal audit.
• Knowledge of policy, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct analyses and reviews on processes to identify non-compliance; advise mitigations.
• Investigate compliance issues, irregularities and violations.
• Communicate non-compliance to departments and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain audit trails for internal or external audits/investigations.
• Recommend process and system improvements based on findings.
• Monitor records and documents for policy adherence.
• Follow up on non-compliance recommendations within set timeframes.
• Track performance metrics and update scorecards monthly.
• Coordinate training on compliance matters as required.
