Job summary

Ali Bin Ali Holding in Qatar is seeking a Compliance Specialist within the Legal department to support investigations, monitor compliance issues, and report to the SCO. The role collaborates across departments, analyzes risks, and helps implement training and communication programs.

The successful candidate will draft legally sound documents, interact with senior executives, and lead meetings to drive compliance improvements organization-wide. Closing date: 30 December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Internal Audit, GHRD, etc.) to gather information of direct compliance issues and reports the same to SCO.
• Support the SCO with alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct by conducting investigative procedures.
• Review, evaluate and follow up the compliance Issues/concerns are being worked on by the relevant management and employees.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; report the same to SCO.
• Monitor corrective action plans recommended by SCO for resolution of problematic issues.
• Provide reports on a regular basis of the operation and progress of compliance efforts to SCO.
• Ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violations to SCO.
• Manage the compliance Hotline.
• Support SCO in effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting use of the Compliance Hotline, heightened awareness of Code of Conduct, and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance assessment, which involves analyzing compliance of laws, policies and code of conduct.
• Analyze all relevant compliance related reports (internal or external findings).
• Support implementation of compliance related training / awareness initiatives.
• Use innovative solutions to facilitate not just a process but a mindset change or improvement at multiple functional levels.
