The role requires 3–4 years of GCC experience, a culinary diploma preferred, and knowledge of food safety and HACCP. Basic salary is 1,800 QAR with company-provided accommodation, transport, and meals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience as Commis I / Chef.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Culinary Diploma preferred.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification/knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Support smooth and efficient catering operations.
