The candidate should have at least 2 years in a Commis III or similar role, GCC experience, and a culinary certificate is preferred. Basic food safety knowledge is required. Accommodation, transport, and meals are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and cooking.

• Follow food-safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Properly store and handle food ingredients.
• Assist with portioning, plating, and serving as required.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are used safely.
• Support the team during busy catering operations.
