The candidate will translate strategy into actionable insights, overseeing KPI dashboards and large-scale investments while building a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of job-related history.
• 5 years in an airline management position and people management expertise.
• Finance Business Partner to B2C divisions and stakeholders experience.
• Knowledgeable in airline operations, with a preference to commercial matters.
• Good Command of English language.
• Strong analytical skills with variances and business cycle impact on P&L.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong integrity, teamwork and soft skills.
• Passionate about digitalization and innovation.
• Customer-centric interpersonal skills and strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted finance advisor to senior B2C leadership.
• Support development and execution of the airline's B2C growth strategy.
• Influence decisions via robust financial analysis and recommendations.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets; provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop KPI frameworks and executive dashboards for revenue and profitability.
• Lead financial governance and drive accountability across B2C.
• Deliver timely insights for executive decision-making.
• Lead financial evaluation of large-scale initiatives and transformations.
• Build business cases for new products, digital solutions, and customer innovations.
