Rotana seeks dynamic Food & Beverage cum Front Office professionals to advance their careers in Doha. As a Club Rotana Waitress, you will deliver professional service, create memorable dining experiences, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

You will greet, seat and serve guests, learn the menu to advise accurately, and uphold high hygiene standards while supporting upselling initiatives. This role requires a Diploma/Degree in hospitality or F&B and a strong service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in F&B.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional service to guests in the Club Rotana lounge according to standard operating procedures.
• Greets and seats guests and serves in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu to advise guests.
• Monitor quality of food & beverages being served.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the Club Rotana and equipment.
• Prepare for service (mise-en-place) before, during, and after service.
• Minimize wastage, breakage and spoilage, and upsell to increase revenue.
