Rotana is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Attendant in a full-time role in Doha. You will provide basic support and service tasks to maximize guest satisfaction, work with Room Service and Front Office teams, and cover minor supervisory duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferable previous experiences in a similar role.
• Education in food and beverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per supervisor instructions and duty schedule.
• Coordinate with Room Service / Guest Relation / Front Office.
• Manage mini bar operations and cover the supervisor’s absence.
• Prepare mise en place for 24 hours service requirements.
• Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
• Answer Room Service telephones and assist guests.
• Know Room Service menu to answer queries.
• Report cleanliness and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Keep occupancy documents secure on floors.
• Attend regular SOP training and follow safety procedures.
