Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a civil maintenance professional to cover duties during staff absences or peak workloads at our Qatar site. The role focuses on maintaining structural integrity and coordinating maintenance tasks across disciplines.

The successful candidate will inspect defects, plan repairs, supervise technicians, and prepare work scopes and schedules while ensuring compliance with specifications and site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned civil engineering duties during staff absences or peak workloads.
• Inspect reported defects and recommend suitable repair methods.
• Coordinate civil maintenance tasks and supervise assigned technicians.
• Support preparation of work scopes, material estimates and schedules.
• Monitor repair quality and verify completed work.
• Coordinate with M&E teams to resolve maintenance issues affecting multiple disciplines.
• Follow up on pending work orders and urgent repairs.
• Maintain inspection records, progress updates and handover notes.
• Ensure compliance with approved specifications and site safety procedures.
