Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a motivated maintenance technician for a full-time role. You will perform civil maintenance duties and assist with masonry, plastering, painting, tiling and grouting repairs, helping to maintain building finishes to high standards.

You will prepare work areas, support urgent repairs and ongoing maintenance activities, inspect areas and report defects, follow instructions from the supervising engineer, and ensure safety and good housekeeping on site.

Qualifications

• Cover assigned civil maintenance duties during absences or increased workloads.
• Carry out minor masonry, plastering, painting, tiling and grouting repairs.
• Assist with waterproofing and rectification of damaged building finishes.
• Prepare work areas, surfaces, tools and materials.
• Support urgent repairs and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Inspect assigned areas and report defects or incomplete work.
• Follow instructions from the responsible engineer or supervisor.
• Maintain work records and provide clear task handovers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
