Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks a maintenance engineer to provide relief coverage for M&E duties on site in Doha. The role supports troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and urgent repairs while ensuring handovers and continuity of service.

This is a site-based position requiring strong coordination and reliability. You will supervise technicians, coordinate materials, update records, and follow safety procedures in line with approved technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief coverage for assigned M&E engineering duties.
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance activities and ensure continuity during handovers.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical system faults.
• Supervise technicians and verify that assigned work meets quality requirements.
• Assist with maintenance planning, inspections and work order follow-up.
• Support urgent repairs, shutdown activities and service restoration.
• Coordinate material and spare part requirements with the responsible team.
• Update maintenance records and communicate outstanding issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and approved technical processes.
