Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking a qualified QA/QC Inspector to perform inspections of civil and infrastructure works including roads, drainage, and utilities. The role requires reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs to ensure compliance.

You will prepare INRs, maintain quality documentation, identify non‑conformances, issue NCRs, and liaise with site engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues, ensuring adherence to project specs and international codes.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ QA/QC inspection experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO).

Responsibilities

Perform inspections of civil and infrastructure works (roads, drainage, foul sewer, utilities, concrete, and roadworks).
Prepare Inspection Notification Requests (INRs) for client/consultant approval.
Verify works against approved shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
Monitor material sampling, laboratory testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation.
Identify non‑conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up until closure.
Liaise with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
