Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cigars and beverage pairings is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the cigar lounge in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist guests in selecting cigars and beverages, providing recommendations and knowledge about the products.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the cigar lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including cigars, drinks, and food options.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of orders.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
