Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. in Doha, Qatar seeks a Brasserie Waiter to join our dining team. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping a clean, organized dining area.

We require experience in high-volume restaurants, excellent communication and English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work flexible hours, attend training sessions, and contribute to a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
• Ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
