• This successful candidate must be able to efficiently plan, organize and direct the daily operations of the kitchen and its staff, including menu production, quality assurance, cost control and budgeting.
• The Chef must have an excellent understanding of kitchen standards, techniques, and possess advanced culinary and food preparation skills.
• The ideal candidate must be capable of both organizing and corralling staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• The Chef must be passionate about joining and enhancing our dynamic culture, able to create and design innovative, creative and delicious dishes, and have an eye for detail.
