Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Doha. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all food served. You will also be responsible for creating new menu items, maintaining inventory levels, and managing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Create new menu items and regularly update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients
• Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared to company standards
• Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavor combinations, and plating presentations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
