Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a subject-matter expert to provide Level-3 support for the airport applications' server and infrastructure layer. You will own system health, diagnose complex issues, and drive permanent fixes.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar environment, certifications in Microsoft and/or VMware/Nutanix, and ITIL Foundation. You will lead root-cause analyses, manage OEM cases, and contribute to change advisory board discussions.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience with the system in a similar environment.
Deep product knowledge of server, virtualization and database administration.
Strong diagnostic and root-cause skills; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced diagnostics at system, application and infrastructure level.
Carry out root-cause analysis for major incidents and implement permanent fixes.
Open OEM back-to-back support cases and manage SLAs.
Manage configuration, firmware and software maintenance; coordinate releases and upgrades.
Maintain preventive maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring.
Document processes; mentor Level-2 staff; sign off on competence.
