Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Category Executive for Toys & Kids to drive sales, manage relationships with retail partners, and coordinate inventory to maximize category performance.

You will analyze market trends, plan promotional campaigns, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Industry experience in Electronics and proven sales track record.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics and latest technology trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.

Welcome to Your Next Adventure! The Category Executive - Toys & Kids is responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, supporting category growth, coordinating inventory, and executing commercial initiatives to maximize the performance of the Kids category.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Sales Target Achievement:
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for consumer electronics products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product performance or delivery.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers, including conducting demonstrations and training sessions.
• Market Research and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in consumer electronics and engineering advancements.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to Product Development and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
• Inventory Management:
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability.
  • Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to meet sales targets.
• Sales Promotion and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising activities.
  • Organize and manage product displays and ensure effective marketing materials are available.
• Sales Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales orders, invoices, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product feedback.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management review.
• Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  • Report any unethical behavior or compliance issues to management.

• Ideal candidates will have industry experience in Electronics and a proven track record in sales.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics and the latest technology trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
