Job summary

Commercial Bank of Qatar is seeking a role responsible for card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfilment and daily operations in line with SOPs and SLAs. The candidate will support card projects, UAT, new product launches, and change implementations.

The job requires knowledge of debit and credit card operations, with a minimum of 2 years experience, and a bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent field. Detailing accuracy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Operate card personalization and related processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain embossing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery records for debit and credit cards.
• Manage stock, consumables, and security procedures in card production environments.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, vendors and support teams on issues and UAT activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs and approved production timelines.
