Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie Burger to join a fast-paced, high-volume gourmet kitchen operation. The candidate will lead the burger station, ensure speed, consistency, quality and presentation throughout service, and work across a team in a demanding hospitality environment.

We welcome professionals with strong burgers, grills, and hot kitchen experience, capable of maintaining portion control and plating standards while training junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Hotel Management degree or equivalent
• Experience in burger-focused kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation and cooking temperatures
• Solid knife skills and plating techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the burger section during daily kitchen operations and service.
• Prepare and cook burgers according to established recipes and specifications.
• Ensure correct cooking temperatures and doneness for different types of meat.
• Maintain mise en place and organize workstation for fast service.
• Monitor cooking times and coordinate orders to ensure timely service.
• Supervise other cooks as needed and support junior team members.
