Job summary

ALI BIN ALI is seeking Lead Restaurant Managers to oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned units in Doha, Qatar. You will ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs, lead teams, and drive operational excellence, hygiene standards, and food safety in line with HACCP/ISO requirements.

You will conduct regular audits, manage inventory and staffing, and collaborate with HR for onboarding and renewals while developing strategies to expand brand presence and improve margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with premium restaurant brands.
• Experience leading teams of more than 25 employees.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple brands or hospitality concepts with strong operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Restaurant Managers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs within all restaurants.
• Run regular store audits to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Maintain hygiene standards and renew health clearance certificates for team members.
• Lead teams to meet HACCP, ISO, food safety, and internal standards.
