Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a branch environment.
• Strong communication and professional presentation with customers.
• Confident use of PC systems for daily processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch cash operations and process cash and vouchers.
• Process outward clearing cheques and service SLAs.
• Handle card and PIN/cheque book duties and ATM tasks where allocated.
• Ensure compliance with Central bank and internal guidelines.
• Register and deliver Wealth and Personal Banking cards and RBWM PINs.
• Receive cash deposits and verify authentic banknotes.
• Pay cash and process related vouchers after verifying customer signatures.
• Prepare cash bundles for the chief cashier within set limits.
